HiHiro
SERVICE TERMS OVERVIEW

Scope, payment and monitoring boundaries should be explicit before activation.

This page summarizes the public operating principles of HiHiro services. The specific accepted contract and invoice for a customer request control the commercial scope of that engagement.

01

Scope before service

A Radar is defined by its monitoring target, source families, filters, cadence, output and delivery. Material changes to scope can require a new quote or review.

02

Approved access only

Standard service does not include authentication bypass, CAPTCHA bypass, rate-limit evasion or other circumvention of source controls.

03

Prepaid billing

Standard Radar billing uses a prepaid 30-day cycle in USD. No silent overage is charged; additional scope requires explicit acceptance.

04

Verified activation

When crypto settlement is selected, service activation occurs only after the invoice is fully paid and the configured on-chain verification succeeds.

No outcome guarantee

Monitoring can discover and organize signals, but HiHiro does not guarantee sales, rankings, funding, contract awards, platform approval or other third-party outcomes.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for the lawful intended use of delivered information and for having any required rights or authorization for non-public sources they request.

Non-standard cases

Paid/authenticated sources, unusual volume, custom integrations, custom SLA, sensitive or regulated domains and uncertain source rights can require manual review or be declined.

Current policy

Public launch pricing and service rules may evolve. An accepted contract remains the authoritative commercial record for its cycle, while new quotes use the active policy version.
